Sustainability & Social Responsibility
We are a precision machining shop of around twenty-five people, and we make no grand sustainability claims. This page lists only what we actually do and can evidence — for reference ahead of a supplier audit.
Environment
Rooftop Solar Generation
A rooftop solar array on the plant, funded by JIN-TI, is grid-connected and sells its output to Taiwan Power Company.
Spent Oil & Coolant Handling
Spent cutting oil and coolant from machining are collected and treated by licensed waste handlers — never discharged on site.
Metal Chip Recycling
Metal chips from machining are collected and sorted by material, then passed to recyclers for reprocessing.
Restricted Substance Control
RoHS/REACH declarations can be issued for supplied parts on request, traceable back to the material supplier documentation.
A note on the solar installation, stated plainly: the system is grid-connected and its output is sold to Taiwan Power Company, so the renewable attributes transfer with the sale. Production at the plant still runs on grid electricity. We do not claim green-powered manufacturing or carbon reduction on this basis.
Labour Conditions & Occupational Safety
Insurance & Health Checks
All employees are enrolled in statutory labour insurance and national health insurance, with periodic health examinations arranged.
Machine Guarding & Work Standards
Higher-risk equipment such as presses and grinders is fitted with safety guarding, and documented work standards govern operation.
No Child or Forced Labour
Child labour and any form of forced labour are prohibited by written policy, applicable to all personnel.
Local Production & Employment
Founded in Changhua in 1985, producing and employing locally at the same site for over 40 years.
Supporting Documentation
Supporting documents for the items above — waste manifests, insurance enrolment records, material supplier declarations and similar — can be provided for a supplier audit. Please tell us in advance which items and formats you need.
